Meet The Team

Dr. Tammy Giannetta had been practicing dentistry in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years, before opening her own private practice in Lockport in 2016.  

She obtained her B.A. degree in Health Sciences from Benedictine University and graduated from The University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2004.

Dr. Giannetta is also a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois State Dental Society.

Many patients refer to her as "Dr. G". On her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, golfing and traveling. Her favorite dessert is key lime pie!

Jessica has been in the dental world for over 6 years now and Floss Family Dental was her first dental job. She joined the Floss family back in February 2021 and has been here every since. She runs everything at the front office and the social media pages. She started here as the front receptionist, and has now worked her way to the Office Manager here at Floss!

Jess is a licensed Esthetician, and does clients for makeup of all occasions, waxing, microblading eyebrows and so much more when she is not here. She loves spending time learning new techniques in her field and doing all things beauty.

When she isn't busy working she loves spending her time cooking new recipes with her boyfriend, traveling, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. She has 2 Sar Pei boys. Her favorite color is pink and she loves espresso martinis.

Taylor graduated at Parkland College in 2014 and has been a licensed Dental Hygienist for over 12 years. Taylor joined the Floss Family in 2018 and loves all the patients she meets and her work family.

On Taylor's free time she loves to spend time with her son, and riding motorcycles with her husband. Taylor also enjoys going to the gym on her free time as well. She also enjoys fishing, shooting and spending time with friends and family.

Heather became apart of the Floss Family back in May 2023. She is our second dental assistant here at our office. She has been in the dental field almost two years now.

She graduated from Carl Sandburg high school and soon went into the dental program. She graduated with a dental assistant certificate with Doctor Ralph Ginn.

In the future, Heather hopes to go back to school to become a Dental Hygienist. Heather's hobbies include hanging out with her family, her boyfriend, with friends, and going shopping!

Stephanie graduated from Prairie State College in 2014 and has been licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist for for over 12 years.

Stephanie joined the Floss family in April of 2021.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two miniature dachshunds.

 Stephanie's hobbies include gardening, cooking, completing d.i.y. projects, and watching motocross/supercross.  Her favorite foods are tacos and fresh picked sweet corn.  Her favorite movie of all time is Labyrinth.
